- Booking deposits are non-returnable.
2. Cancellation of bookings: Booking charges, less the minimum deposit of £50 per week, can only be refunded if we are able to confirm another booking for the same period. If you are forced to cancel through circumstances beyond your control, please let us know immediately.
- All bookings are accepted on the understanding that you have holiday or other insurance covering you for third person liability.
- You are welcome to explore the grounds, but we cannot accept any liability for accident or injury incurred by visitors whilst enjoying the use of our land.
- Your booking is accepted on the understanding that you will do your best to make good any damage to the property or its contents during your stay. We ask that you replace any items broken before you depart.
